Molecular hydrogen (H2) is two hydrogen atoms bonded to each other as a gas. It is the smallest and lightest molecule there is. This is not the same as the hydrogen already bonded to oxygen in H2O, which behaves completely differently.
Your generator dissolves H2 gas into your water, the same way carbonation dissolves CO2 into sparkling water. Nothing is added and nothing is removed. You are drinking your usual water with hydrogen gas held in it.
Hydrogen content is measured in parts per million (ppm). Because hydrogen is a gas, concentration depends on the cycle length, the water temperature and how much water is in the bottle.
A high ppm figure on a small bottle is not the same as the same figure on a large one. Check the ppm and the volume on each product page so you are comparing like with like.
