Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and usually arrive 3-5 business days after they ship. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We ship across the United States. If your country appears at checkout when you enter your address, we can ship to you.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and then write to us with your order number.

You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Contact our team with your order number and we will send you the instructions.

Fill the bottle with water, press the button once and wait for the cycle to finish. Shake it, open the cap and drink. Full instructions come in the box.

Tap, filtered or bottled water all work. Avoid adding powders, juice or anything else to the bottle while a cycle is running.

Rinse the glass with warm water after use and let it air dry. Do not put the base in the dishwasher or submerge it, since it holds the electronics.
